RocketTutor is a learning platform helping students in Germany succeed in school. We publish video content regularly across our social media channels and are looking for editing support as we grow. The role:

We're looking for a video editor to edit short videos for our social media channels. You'll receive raw footage from us and turn it into clean, engaging, publish-ready videos. What you'll do:

Edit short vertical videos for social media. Valuable pacing and rhythm, background music, clean audio, and captions. Deliver a first draft for feedback, then the final cut. Tools & technologies you should know:

Solid command of at least one professional editing tool: Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or CapCut Pro. Basic motion graphics and titles (e.g.

Effects or built-in tools). Audio cleanup and mixing (e.g.

Audition, Audacity or in-editor tools). Captioning/subtitle workflows (SRT import, auto-captions). Color correction basics, and confident exporting for social platforms (9:16, 1080×1920, MP4/H.264). What we're looking for:

Experience editing social media videos (portfolio required — please send 2–3 examples). A sharp eye for detail and reliable, fast turnaround. At least have 5 years of experience with video editing skills Or you can send us your portfolio at [email protected]
