We are building a podcast and content studio from scratch for three brands - Unique Publishers (India's leading exam-prep publisher, est. 1969), Leo46 (golf & sports management), and our founder's personal brand - aiming at the quality bar of Raj Shamani and BeerBiceps. You will be the entire post-production department on day one, and its head as we grow. WHAT YOU'LL OWN The full edit pipeline: long-form YouTube episodes plus 6-10 shorts/reels per episode

- Hooks, captions/subtitles, sound design, thumbnails - the whole engagement layer
- The shorts strategy: what clips, what hooks, what posting cadence - you decide, data decides with you
- AI-assisted workflow:



we want someone who uses contemporary tools (CapCut, Premiere, AI clipping and captions) to move at 3x normal speed

WHAT YOU BRING

1-3 years editing experience with a reel/portfolio of short-form work

- Proven speed: you can turn an episode into a full shorts pack in 2 days, not 2 weeks
- Instinct for Instagram/YouTube pacing - you consume this content and know why things go viral
- Bonus: motion graphics, thumbnail design, colour grading
