About the Role

Readofia Private Limited is looking for a creative and experienced Video Editor to join our digital marketing and content production team. The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling skills and hands-on experience creating social media videos, promotional videos, advertisements, YouTube content, reels, and corporate videos.

Key Responsibilities

Edit professional videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

Create engaging reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, advertisements, and brand content.

Add transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, sound effects, background music, and visual effects.

Edit raw footage into polished and engaging final videos.

Colour-correct footage and improve audio quality.

Create basic animations and motion graphics using Adobe After Effects.

Resize and optimise videos for different social media platforms.

Work closely with content writers, graphic designers, and social media managers.

Follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all video content.

Manage multiple video projects and complete them within the given deadlines.

Stay updated with current video-editing trends, social media formats, and creative styles.

Required Skills





Candidates must have practical experience using:

Adobe Premiere Pro

Adobe After Effects

Filmora

CapCut

Additional knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or AI video-editing tools will be an advantage.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 2 years of professional video-editing experience.

Robust portfolio showcasing social media videos, reels, advertisements, and promotional content.

Good understanding of video composition, pacing, storytelling, transitions, and visual effects.

Ability to work independently and as part of a creative team.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to understand project briefs and deliver videos on time.

Good communication and time-management skills.

Willingness to accept feedback and make revisions when required.
