Role Description The Video Editor & Motion Graphic professional will work on-site full time at the Craftech 360 office in Bengaluru South. This role involves editing raw video footage, assembling story-driven sequences, and applying color grading to ensure visual consistency across projects.

The position includes creating motion graphics and visual elements that align with brand guidelines and enhance audience engagement for exhibits, events, and experiential zones. The individual will collaborate closely with designers, producers, and technology teams, manage project timelines,



and prepare final deliverables optimized for various screens and formats.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for experiential, event, or brand-focused content.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to achieve consistent, high-quality visual output.
- Ability to design and execute Motion Graphics aligned with storytelling and brand aesthetics.
- Experience creating and refining Graphics for screens, installations, and digital environments.
- Hands-on expertise with industry-standard editing and motion tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent).
- Good understanding of aspect ratios, codecs, and formats for large displays, projections, and social media.
- Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and ability to translate creative briefs into compelling video content.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Film, Animation, Design, Media, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience is also valued.
