Role Overview

As a Video Editor at KSHM, you will play a key role in shaping our visual storytelling. From Instagram Reels to branded films, your work will help express the brand’s voice.

This role suits editors with 4 to 6 years of experience who are confident with execution, curious about storytelling, and ready to take ownership of their work.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit reels, short-form videos, and branded films for social media and marketing campaigns
- Turn raw footage into clear, engaging stories aligned with KSHM’s brand tone
- Handle end-to-end post-production including color correction, grading, audio syncing, music, sound design, captions, and transitions
- Collaborate with creative, content, and production teams to deliver cohesive outputs
- Maintain consistency in visual style, pacing, and brand aesthetics
- Take ownership of edits and incorporate feedback without compromising quality
- Stay updated on video trends, editing techniques, and social-first formats




- Create basic 2D animations and motion graphics when required
- Manage multiple projects and meet timelines consistently
- Organize raw footage, project files, and backups with a clean workflow
- Contribute creative ideas to campaigns and content planning

Requirements

- 2+ years of professional experience in video editing or a related field
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Solid sense of storytelling, pacing, music, timing, emotion, and visual balance
- Clear understanding of social media formats like Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
- Attention to detail with a creative and learning-focused mindset
- Experience working with brand-led or marketing-driven content
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and guide juniors when needed
