The Role :

We are looking for a Video Editor who treats every edit as a chance to make Jnorss content feel unmissable on the scroll.

This is not a role about heavy technical editing it's a role for someone with a genuine eye for aesthetics, who instinctively knows what will look good against music and land well as a reel. Awareness of what's trending, before it's obvious to everyone else, matters more here than raw editing firepower. Prior experience with a fashion brand will be a strong plus and will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Edit influencer content: Re-edit and repurpose content received from influencer collaborations into polished, on-brand deliverables.
2. Edit in-house content: Take raw footage from in-house shoots and turn it into finished,



campaign-ready content.
3. Choose music and effects with intent: Select trending audio and reel effects that fit the visual and will genuinely perform on campaigns.
4. Apply strong typography and text: Use fonts, on-screen text, and hooks that make each reel more engaging and easier to watch till the end.
5. Stay ahead of trends: Track what's trending in music, formats, and edit styles, and bring that awareness into every edit.
6. Deliver in the right formats: Edit and export reels in the correct specifications, using Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve as primary tools, with working knowledge of After Effects basics.
