We’re looking for a talented and performance-driven Video Editor who can transform ideas and raw footage into compelling visual stories that inspire customers and generate results. ⸻ Role Overview As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating engaging, high-quality video content for social media, paid advertising, eCommerce, and brand campaigns.

You’ll collaborate closely with the Creative, Marketing, and Content teams to produce videos that are both visually appealing and performance-oriented. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other social platforms.

Produce high-converting video creatives for Meta, Google, and other paid advertising channels.

Edit product videos, campaign films, lookbooks, behind-the-scenes content, and lifestyle shoots.

Enhance videos using motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, sound effects, and color grading.

Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form assets.

Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s visual identity and tone.

Organize and maintain video assets efficiently.

Collaborate with designers, photographers, creators, and performance marketers.

Stay updated with the latest editing trends, platform algorithms,



and creative best practices.

Deliver high-quality edits within agreed timelines. ⸻ Requirements 2–5 years of professional video editing experience.

Experience with D2C, fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or eCommerce brands is preferred.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.

Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is an advantage.

Excellent understanding of storytelling, pacing, sound design, typography, and color grading.

Ability to edit videos for multiple aspect ratios and digital platforms.

Strong creative instincts and attention to detail.

Excellent time management and project management skills. ⸻ Preferred Skills Experience creating UGC-style content and performance marketing creatives.

Understanding of audience retention, hooks, and conversion-focused editing.

Familiarity with AI-powered editing workflows.

Motion graphics and basic animation skills.
