Key Responsibilities

- Create and edit high-quality learning content for LMS platforms.

- Edit educational videos, screen recordings, and multimedia content.

- Design graphics, infographics, illustrations, icons, and visual assets for eLearning modules.

- Format and prepare training manuals, workbooks, presentations, and course materials for digital publishing.

- Ensure content meets branding, quality, and instructional design standards.

- Collaborate with instructional designers, content developers, and subject matter experts.

- Optimize videos, graphics, and documents for LMS compatibility.

- Perform quality checks to ensure error-free and learner-friendly content.





Required Skills

- 2–5 years of experience in

Video Editing, Graphic Design, or DTP Operations

.

- Hands-on experience with

LMS/eLearning content is mandatory.

- Proficiency in one or more of the following tools:

- Adobe Premiere Pro

- After Effects

- Camtasia

- Adobe Photoshop

- Adobe Illustrator

- Adobe InDesign

- Adobe Acrobat

- Figma/Canva

- Strong understanding of typography, layouts, visual design, and multimedia editing.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.

- Positive communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred

- Experience working on digital learning, training, or educational content.

- Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period.
