About the Role eatSeeds is looking for 5 talented Motion Visual Designers to join our creative team.

You will create high-performing video content for brands across social media, digital advertising, and marketing campaigns. You will work closely with strategists, designers, and production teams to transform ideas and raw footage into engaging, high-retention visual content.

Key Responsibilities

Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, podcasts, advertisements, and social media creatives.

Convert raw footage into engaging and high-retention video edits.

Add subtitles, sound design, motion graphics, visual effects, and transitions.

Maintain organised project files and effective editing workflows.

Collaborate with creative strategists, designers, and production teams.

Deliver high-quality projects within deadlines.

Implement feedback and revisions efficiently.

Stay updated with the latest video-editing and social media trends.





Skills Required

Proficiency in editing and design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, and related tools.

Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience-retention editing.

Knowledge of colour correction, colour grading, and audio enhancement.

Understanding of different social media formats and platform requirements.

Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred Experience

Previous experience working in a creative or digital marketing agency.

Experience editing content for brands, creators, or businesses.

Understanding of performance-driven and holistic advertising creatives.

Experience using AI-powered image, video, or editing tools.
