Role Description The role involves editing short form and long form videos for social media platforms while leveraging AI tools to improve creative output and production efficiency. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with traditional editing software as well as modern AI tools for generating videos, graphics, and creative assets.

You will be responsible for creating engaging edits with strong hooks, storytelling, pacing, and retention focused editing. You will also experiment with AI workflows, write prompts, and use the latest AI tools to enhance content quality and production speed.

Qualifications

- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro
- Experience editing short form and long form video content
- Good understanding of AI tools and AI powered creative workflows
- Experience with tools such as Higgsfield, Runway,



Kling, Veo, Midjourney, Flux, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms
- Ability to write detailed prompts and consistently generate high quality outputs
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, audience retention, and social media content
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Familiarity with American culture, internet trends, and social media platforms
- Solid attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience with Adobe After Effects is a plus
- Portfolio demonstrating both video editing and AI generated content is highly preferred
