Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Varanasi.

The Video

Editor will handle end-to-end video production tasks, including assembling raw footage, selecting clips, and structuring narratives for marketing, educational, and brand content. Daily responsibilities include editing video for different platforms, applying color grading, integrating motion graphics and visual elements, and ensuring brand consistency across all outputs. The role involves collaborating with creative, marketing, and product teams to understand requirements, refine concepts, and deliver high-quality videos within deadlines.

Editor will also maintain organized project files, optimize content for digital channels, and contribute ideas to enhance visual storytelling.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience managing projects from concept to final export.

Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency, mood, and quality across diverse content types.

Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging titles, lower thirds, transitions, and visual assets.

Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and basic audio editing capabilities.

Robust sense of visual storytelling, attention to detail, and ability to work within brand guidelines and tight timelines.

Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams on-site in Varanasi.

Relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Animation, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in video editing.

Portfolio showcasing previous video editing work;

experience in beauty, healthcare, or lifestyle content is an added advantage.
