Job Brief

We are seeking a skilled Video Editor who can transform raw footage into polished, engaging videos that align with our brand and storytelling goals. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of visual storytelling, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

- Edit video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Assemble recorded footage into finished projects that meet the vision of the director and production team.
- Incorporate graphics, animations, special effects, and sound elements as needed.
- Review and make necessary edits based on feedback from stakeholders.
- Ensure the final product is of high quality and adheres to brand guidelines and technical specifications.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques in video editing and digital media.

Skills Required

- Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role in the industry.
- Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.




- Strong understanding of video editing principles, including pacing, timing, continuity, and sound design.
- Knowledge of color correction, audio mixing, and graphic design basics.
- Creative mindset with a strong visual sense and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
- A portfolio of completed projects showcasing editing skills and creativity.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in motion graphics, animation, or 3D design is a plus.
- Familiarity with video production processes, including shooting and directing.
- Knowledge of SEO and content optimization for video is a plus.
