- The candidate should be comfortable experimenting across tools and selecting the right workflows based on project requirements.

- In addition, the candidate should have solid working knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop for editing, compositing, and refining AI-generated outputs.

- Beyond tools, the person should have a good creative sense AI video generation of editing, including:

- Understanding of pacing, transitions, and storytelling for short-form content

- Ability to bring fresh ideas and visual approaches to AI-generated videos





- Robust problem-solving mindset when dealing with tool limitations or inconsistencies
