Job Title: VP of Engineering / Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is an added advantage.

Experience: 15+ Years (with at least 8+ years in Engineering Leadership)

Skill Set:

- Proven experience leading large Engineering and Technology teams
- Strong expertise in Software Architecture and System Design
- Experience building and scaling cloud-native applications
- Strong knowledge of Microservices Architecture
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Strong understanding of AI/ML and Generative AI technologies is an advantage
- Experience managing Engineering Managers, Technical Leads, and cross-functional teams
- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and modern Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Robust stakeholder management and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and people management abilities
- Experience driving engineering best practices, innovation, and operational excellence

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the organization's overall technology vision and engineering strategy.
- Lead and mentor Engineering Managers,



Technical Leads, Architects, and Software Engineers.
- Build, scale, and manage high-performing engineering teams.
- Drive architecture decisions to ensure scalable, secure, and reliable technology platforms.
- Collaborate with Product, Business, and Executive Leadership to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Oversee software development, infrastructure, cloud operations, DevOps, security, and platform engineering.
- Establish engineering standards, coding best practices, and quality assurance processes.
- Drive innovation by evaluating and implementing emerging technologies, including AI and Generative AI where applicable.
- Ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining high quality, performance, and security standards.
- Manage engineering budgets, resource planning, vendor relationships, and technology investments.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and operational excellence.
