What makes the role meaty?
- Conduct routine quality inspections at vendor facilities.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, HACCP, GMP, GHP, FSSAI, and internal quality standards.
- Support vendor audits and follow up on CAPA closure.
- Inspect raw materials, in-process, and finished products as per specifications.
- Maintain quality records, traceability, temperature logs, and audit documentation.
- Investigate quality deviations and support root cause analysis.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain, and vendor teams to resolve quality issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and food safety.
We hope that you have..
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Veterinary Science, or a related field.
- 0–4 years of experience in QA/QC, Food Safety, Food Manufacturing, or Vendor Quality (freshers with relevant internships are welcome).
- Basic knowledge of HACCP, GMP, GHP, FSSAI, and quality systems.
- Robust communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel to vendor locations.
