Role Description The Veeva Vault Professional role is a full-time position based in Bengaluru South, structured as a hybrid role with some flexibility for work from home. This role involves configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Veeva Vault applications to support clients’ business processes, particularly in regulated environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing requirements, designing and implementing Vault configurations, managing metadata and workflows, and supporting integrations with other systems.

The professional will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams,



document solutions, perform testing and validation, and provide user training and ongoing support. The role also includes monitoring system performance, ensuring data quality, and contributing to continuous improvement of Vault-based solutions.

Qualifications

Solid experience with Veeva Vault configuration, administration, and workflow design.

Knowledge of life sciences or other regulated industries, with familiarity in GxP, compliance, and documentation standards.

Background in software implementation or IT consulting, including requirements gathering, solution design, and end-user support.

Understanding of web technologies, APIs, and system integration concepts; exposure to Java, .NET, or similar technologies is a plus.

Ability to analyze complex business processes, translate them into technical solutions, and document configurations clearly.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in hybrid (onsite and remote) teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Relevant certifications in Veeva Vault or cloud-based enterprise systems are an advantage.
