- 4+ years of hands-on experience in UX Design for digital products.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design projects.
- Expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility principles.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
