Role Overview

As a UX Researcher, you will partner with Product Managers, Designers, Data Analysts, and Engineering teams to measure user behaviour, validate product decisions, and deliver research insights that improve customer experiences across digital products.

You will leverage quantitative research methods, behavioural analytics, and experimentation to support product discovery, feature optimisation, and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities

- Design and execute UX research studies using surveys, usability metrics, and behavioural data




- Conduct customer research using platforms such as Qualtrics and Maze
- Analyse user behaviour, customer feedback, and product performance to generate actionable insights
- Develop research plans, questionnaires, dashboards, and reports for stakeholders
- Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle
- Translate research findings into recommendations that improve usability, engagement, and customer satisfaction
- Support product experimentation and data-driven decision-making through continuous research Required Skills & Experience
- 3–8 years of experience in UX Research, Customer Insights, or Product Research
- Only B.Des / M.Des graduates are eligible to apply
- Hands-on experience with Qualtrics and Maze is mandatory
- Solid understanding of survey design, quantitative research methods, and statistical analysis
- Experience working with Enterprise or SaaS digital products is preferred
- Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills
- Ability to convert research data into strategic product recommendations
