Role Description This full-time, on-site User Interface Designer role is based at our salon in Ahmedabad.

The User Interface

Designer will translate brand values and service offerings into intuitive, visually appealing digital experiences, including salon websites, booking platforms, and marketing landing pages. Daily responsibilities include creating UI layouts, developing interactive prototypes, designing visual components and iconography, and collaborating with stakeholders to refine user flows. The role also involves working closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure that digital touchpoints support client engagement, clear communication, and a seamless booking journey.



The Designer is expected to participate in feedback sessions, iterate on designs, and maintain consistent design standards across all digital assets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong User Interface Design and Visual Design skills to create clean, modern, and brand-aligned interfaces.
- Candidates should possess User Experience (UX) skills to design intuitive user flows, conduct basic user research, and improve overall usability.
- Candidates should possess the ability to design and refine Mockups and interactive prototypes for web and mobile experiences.
- Candidates should possess foundational Front-End Development skills (e.g., HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) to effectively collaborate with developers and understand implementation constraints.
- Relevant experience with design tools (such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar) and an online portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, and collaborate effectively with creative and non-technical team members.
- Good communication skills and the ability to translate business and brand requirements into design solutions.
- A diploma or degree in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered.
