Internship Overview

We are seeking a passionate and creative User Experience (UX) Intern who enjoys solving problems through intuitive design and research. The intern will work closely with the product development team to improve the usability, accessibility, and overall experience of our web and mobile platforms.

This internship provides practical exposure to real-world product design, user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing while contributing to live projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and feedback analysis.
- Understand user behaviour and identify pain points across digital platforms.
- Create user personas, empathy maps, and customer journey maps.
- Design wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate with UI designers and developers to improve user experience.
- Evaluate existing products and recommend usability improvements.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for new product features.
- Perform usability testing and document findings with actionable recommendations.
- Maintain UX documentation and design guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest UX trends, accessibility standards, and industry best practices.

Required Skills:




- Basic understanding of User Experience (UX) principles.
- Knowledge of Human-Centered Design methodology.
- Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of web and mobile application design is an added advantage.

Eligibility:
- Undergraduate or postgraduate students pursuing Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Freshers with a strong interest in UX Design are encouraged to apply.
- A portfolio showcasing academic or personal UX projects is preferred but not mandatory.
