Candidates from US Staffing industry with Hands on experience in to sourcing and End-to-End Recruitments.
- 3+ years experience proven US IT Recruitments
- Experience in W2 is mandatory.
- Experience with VMS & ATS.
- Experience working with Direct client is mandatory.
- Ability to work in a team workplace with a high sense of urgency.
- Ability to demonstrate Full Recruiting Life cycle (gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate screening, Negotiations, candidate submission, follow-up, Interview & On Boarding etc).
- Candidates must have experience in US staffing particularly in W2, & Direct Client Preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
