- Proven experience working with direct clients mandatory
- Expertise in placing both IT professionals on W2 contracts
- Solid network and sourcing skills across different job boards, social platforms, and other channels
- No implementation experience will be considered
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates
