ROLE:- US HR& US Onboarding Specialist

Experience: - Min 1Year to 4 years and Good Experience in US Onboarding, BGV Process and Employee Engagement

Location: Hyderabad (Onsite Only)

Shift Timings: 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM (No Cab)

Immediate Joiners are Highly Considered

Interview Mode: Only Face-to-Face

Looking for 1 year to 4 years of experience

Qualifications & Skills

- 1–5 years of experience in US HR Operations and US Onboarding Specialist
- Hands-on experience with onboarding, offboarding, and DOL compliance.
- Working knowledge of BGV process and employment-Based Documents processes.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic, quick-paced environment.
