Position: US IT Recruiter (Immediate Joiner)
Experience Level: 3 to 8 Years
Location: 100-feet road, Madhapur, Hyderabad
Work Timings: Purely Night Shifts (6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST)
Experience Required:
- 3-8 years in end-to-end recruitment
- Proven work experience as a technical recruiter or IT recruiter
- Hands-on experience with various sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean searches, networking, social media)
- Working experience with job boards such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Dice
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases
- Robust understanding of IT roles and technologies
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple hiring processes
