Collaborate with hiring managers to align on role expectations

Build lasting relationships with candidates and clients

Contribute to achieving team hiring goals while ensuring a great candidate experience

? What You Bring

Hands-on US staffing experience (IT/Engineering/Infra)

Track record of meeting hiring deadlines and targets

Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills

Energy, adaptability, and drive to succeed in a rapid-paced market

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

Knowledge of US employment laws and regulations is a plus.
