Job Summary:

Next Gen Software Solutions is looking for experienced US IT Recruiters to join our growing team. The role involves end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT requirements, working closely with clients and hiring managers to deliver top talent within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle
- Source candidates using job portals
- Screen,evaluate, and shortlist candidates as per client requirements
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with US clients and hiring teams
- Maintain and update ATS (Ceipal) with accurate candidate data and pipeline status
- Work closely with US hiring managers and clients to fulfil requirements on time
- Handle offer negotiation and follow-up till onboarding




- Hands on experience working with AI Tools in Recruitment
- Experience working with niche requirements and latest technologies
- Must make 1 placement per month by placing the local candidates of the clients prefered location

Required Skills & Experience:

- 3-5 years of experience in US IT recruitment
- Strong understanding of US staffing industry
- Experience working with US visa types
- Hands-on experience working with US Tax Terms
- Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills
- Fluent English communication skills (verbal & written) - Mandatory
