Position: US IT Recruiter – Night Shift (US Staffing)
Location: Gurugram (Work from Office)
Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (Fixed Night Shift)
Experience: 0–3 Years (Fresher can apply with positive English communication)
What We're Looking For
· Experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment
· Strong sourcing, screening and negotiation skills
· Knowledge of W2, C2C & 1099 hiring models
· Experience working with US State/Government clients is highly preferred
· Familiarity with ATS, VMS portals, and recruitment compliance
