We seek someone who can perform 360-degree validations of profiles with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

Must have excellent English communication skills.

Proven experience in US IT staffing and recruitment.

Strong understanding of US hiring practices, visa types, and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).

Able to work remotely and ONLY on the night shift in the PST time zone, no exceptions.

Experience with ATS and job portals, including Dice and LinkedIn.
