We are expanding our US Staffing team and are looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Role Overview

As a US IT Recruiter, you will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US-based IT positions. You'll work closely with clients, vendors, and candidates to source high-quality talent for Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Full-Time opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Source candidates through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, internal database, and referrals

✔ Screen candidates based on technical skills, visa status, rate expectations, and client requirements

✔ Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding

✔ Coordinate interviews, negotiate compensation, and close offers





✔ Work with Account Managers and Bench Sales teams to fulfill client requirements

✔ Maintain candidate records and ATS with accurate pipeline updates

✔ Understand and work with various US work authorization types including H1B, GC, USC, OPT/CPT, and EAD

✔ Negotiate candidate/vendor rates for W2, C2C, and 1099 engagements

✔ Meet daily submission, interview, and placement targets

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline

6+ years of US IT Recruitment experience

Strong understanding of the US Staffing process

Knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099 tax terms

Familiarity with US visa categories

Experience using Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn Recruiter

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities

Willingness to work from the Chennai office in Day Shift
