Roles & Responsibilities - Source IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Understand client requirements and match suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.




- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.

Required Skills - 0–12 months of experience in Recruitment/US IT Recruitment (Freshers can apply).

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of IT technologies is an advantage.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in the US Night Shift.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Qualification - Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
