Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a US IT Recruiter based in Mengio. The US IT Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technology positions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

Daily responsibilities include understanding client requirements, posting job descriptions, conducting candidate outreach, and coordinating interview schedules. The role also involves negotiating offers, facilitating onboarding, maintaining accurate recruitment records, and building a pipeline of qualified IT professionals.



The recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Candidates should possess skills in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting for diverse technology roles.
- Candidates should possess skills in Hiring and Recruiting, with a focus on meeting client staffing needs.
- Candidates should have strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and candidates.
- Candidates should be proficient in using applicant tracking systems, job boards, and professional networks for candidate sourcing.
- Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work in a quick-paced environment, manage multiple requisitions, and meet deadlines.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience as a US IT Recruiter or in a similar technical recruiting role is highly beneficial.
