- Conduct outbound outreach through calls, emails & digital platforms
- Target and engage with US-based clients
- Generate and qualify leads
- Execute marketing campaigns tailored to the US audience
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage lead follow-ups and communication
- Maintain lead pipelines and activity records
- Track calls, submissions and closures
- Prepare regular performance reports
