As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our US Staffing division and are looking for experienced US IT Recruiters to join our agile teams in Coimbatore and Chennai . If you are a results-driven recruiter with a proven track record in US IT Staffing, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle, from requirement analysis to candidate onboarding.
- Source high-quality IT professionals using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other leading job portals.
- Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques and social media platforms to identify passive and active candidates.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.
- Work closely with Account Managers, Sales Teams, and Hiring Managers to understand client requirements.
- Negotiate compensation and employment terms with candidates.
- Maintain an active candidate pipeline and ensure timely submissions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients.
- Meet monthly submission, interview, and placement targets while maintaining quality standards.





Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in US IT Staffing is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of the complete recruitment lifecycle.
- Expert understanding of US employment tax terms, including:
- C2C
- W2
- 1099
- Extensive experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong expertise in Boolean search and passive candidate sourcing.
- Excellent understanding of US geography, time zones, and staffing processes.
- Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proven ability to close niche and challenging technical positions.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills
- Experience working with Direct Clients and Implementation Partners.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to recruit across multiple technologies and domains.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
