Roles & Responsibility

- Understand and internalize the product vision and detailed requirements as communicated by the Head of Product and CTO.

- Implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. Ensure the application's design is intuitive and conducive to a seamless user experience, particularly for complex data visualization.

- Utilize your knowledge of React.js to build efficient, reusable front-end systems. Stay up-to date with the latest updates in the framework to continually enhance the application's capabilities.

- Monitor and optimize the performance of the front-end aspects of the platform. This includes ensuring quick load times and smooth interactions, particularly when handling large sets of data.

- Develop features that are both responsive and adaptive. Ensure the platform's usability across various devices and screen sizes, enhancing accessibility and user engagement.

- Work closely with backend developers, data scientists, and designers. Ensure that the front-end aligns seamlessly with other aspects of the platform, including the AI-driven functionalities and backend architecture.

- Implement robust testing frameworks to ensure the reliability and stability of front-end features. Address bugs and performance issues promptly.

- Serve as a subject matter expert in front-end development. Guide junior developers and contribute to the team's continuous learning and improvement.

- Proactively research current technologies and approaches in front-end development.



Implement innovative features that can enhance the platform’s capabilities and user experience.

- Participate in agile development practices. Be adaptable and responsive to the evolving needs of the business and the platform.

- Develop features with a client-centric approach, understanding and anticipating the needs of users in the market research domain.

Required Skills & Experiences

- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with React.js and its core principles.
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
- Good understanding of backend technologies is a plus.
- Proven experience in building SaaS applications, preferably in a startup environment.
- Experience working in both startup and large company settings.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

The Candidate is expected to possess knowledge and hands-on experience in any three of the mentioned skills.

- Proven experience in developing and implementing MicroFrontend architectures on Frontend side.
- Write unit tests to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Implement real-time collaboration features using WebSocket.
- Optimize build processes using Webpack for efficient development workflows.
- Containerize applications using Docker for deployment and scalability.

Working Hours/ Shift Timings: 10:30am to 7:30pm (5 days)
