The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance and payroll coordination, grievance handling, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment for factory and office staff

Handle onboarding, documentation, and employee records

Monitor attendance and coordinate with payroll

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or related field

1–3 years of HR experience (preferably in a manufacturing setup)
