We are seeking an experienced and responsible Production Supervisor to manage daily production operations in our spices manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of four years of experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in spices or food processing. The candidate should possess robust leadership, communication, organizational, and mathematical skills to ensure efficient production while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily production activities and ensure production targets are achieved within scheduled timelines.
- Handle manpower planning, shift allocation, attendance, discipline, motivation, and performance monitoring.
- Operate, monitor, and coordinate production machinery for smooth and uninterrupted operations.
- Maintain production records, calculate production output, material consumption, wastage, and machine efficiency accurately.




- Ensure compliance with quality standards, GMP, hygiene, food safety, and company policies.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize machine breakdowns and production downtime.
- Monitor raw material utilization and implement measures to reduce process losses and wastage.
- Train workers on Standard Operating Procedures, safety practices, quality requirements, and operational discipline.
- Coordinate with Quality, Stores, Procurement, and Maintenance departments for seamless production activities.
- Prepare daily production reports and submit operational updates to management.

Required Skills:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in FMCG production, preferably spices manufacturing.
- Strong manpower handling and machine handling capabilities.
- Excellent mathematical aptitude and analytical thinking.
- Good problem-solving, reporting, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and process improvement.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and lead production teams effectively while consistently achieving operational excellence and organizational objectives.
