We are urgently hiring for an English & Hindi Voice Process position. This role involves handling customer calls, providing support, and ensuring customer satisfaction in both languages.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in English and Hindi.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
- Resolve customer queries and issues effectively and efficiently.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and KPIs.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in English and Hindi (both spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
