Position: Assistant Professor (Computer Science)

Job Type: Work from Home

Qualification : PhD (CS/AI/ML)

Experience: 2+ years in Ed-tech Industry

Process : Chat + Video & Audio

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off, 2 Saturdays Off per Month)

Shift Timing: 3:30 PM 12:30 AM (IST)

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver academic support and mentorship to Undergraduate and Postgraduate students.
- Conduct and facilitate online sessions in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning.
- Guide students through virtual platforms, LMS, email, and chat support.
- Simplify and explain technical concepts using practical and student-friendly approaches.
- Respond to academic queries promptly while maintaining high-quality learner support.
- Evaluate assignments, quizzes, projects, and examinations, providing meaningful and constructive feedback.
- Monitor student learning progress and recommend appropriate academic interventions.
- Develop, review, and enhance course materials, presentations,



and instructional resources.
- Collaborate with faculty members and academic coordinators to ensure consistent course delivery and assessment quality.
- Maintain academic documentation and ensure adherence to institutional quality standards.
- Contribute to curriculum enhancement initiatives aligned with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications and Skills:

- PhD in Computer Science and/or Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning or related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3+ years of teaching experience in Computer Science and/or Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning.
- At least 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring is mandatory.
- Experience teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students is highly desirable.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard, or similar platforms) will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with online assessment tools and plagiarism detection software is preferred.
- Strong subject knowledge in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral accent.
- Outstanding presentation, mentoring, and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students in an online learning workplace.
