IQTech is currently looking to integrate 2 to 3 VR/XR Developers into our growing international team for an advanced healthcare-focused immersive technology project.

We are searching for developers with proven experience in:

- VR/XR development within team environments
- Strong knowledge of Unity
- Experience with Meta Quest devices and optimization
- C# programming for immersive applications
- Real-time interaction systems and VR workflows
- Collaborative development with multidisciplinary teams

? Requirements:
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in VR/XR development
- Ability to work in structured production pipelines
- Experience in healthcare simulation, training systems, or serious games is considered a strong plus
- Good communication skills and ability to work in an international environment

? Mandatory Technical Interview

All shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a live technical interview.

The interview will be used to verify practical experience with Unity, C#, VR/XR architecture, Meta Quest development, interaction systems, and performance optimization.

Candidates may also be asked to share their screen,



review previous work/code, and solve practical technical scenarios during the interview.
