- Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to maintain profitability.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue through effective marketing campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as maintain a clean and organized working workplace.
- Supervise staff performance, providing guidance on customer service best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 6-11 years of experience in food & beverage management or related field.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant management principles, including inventory control and cost analysis.
- Excellent communication skills for effective team leadership and customer interaction.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.
