- UiPath (4+ years) must have:

- UiPath Advanced Developer certification

- REFramework
- Libraries (reusable components) development

- Test automation
- Document Understanding (DU) or IXP (preferred)
- Experience with other UiPath products + genuine interest in the ecosystem

- API integrations

- Git

- Best practices adoption
- Strong in .NET, OOP, SQL
- DOM, BOM
- Enterprise experience in at least one additional automation platform (n8n, Microsoft Power Automate, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc.)
- End-to-end delivery ownership
- Daily use of LLMs and agents

- Code review practices
- RPA documentation (PDD/SDD/IPA or equivalent)
- CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps is a plus)

Strong plus

- Experience building LLM agents
- Python or another programming language beyond .NET

Role & responsibilities

- Deliver UiPath automations end-to-end: process discovery, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing improvements.




- Build resilient, supportable solutions for file-heavy workflows (validation, transformation, enrichment, routing, reporting outputs).
- Implement solid engineering practices: reusable libraries, standards, code reviews, documentation, and CI/CD-friendly delivery.
- Research and implement new automation technologies and capabilities (UiPath and other relevant tools).
- Partner with Data Science on integrated solutions.
- Build LLM-based projects and integrate them into automations.
- Develop IXP models and embed them into document processing workflows.
- Maintain automation platform health and adoption (stability, observability, user experience for lab colleagues).
- Communicate with global stakeholders, at senior laboratory management level.
