Role Description This is a full-time UI / UX Engineer role based in Salem, offered in a hybrid model with some work-from-home flexibility. The UI / UX Engineer will design and refine user interfaces, create mockups and prototypes, and collaborate with product managers and developers to deliver intuitive, accessible, and visually consistent experiences.

Daily responsibilities include translating user and business requirements into wireframes and interactive designs, conducting design reviews, and iterating based on feedback and user testing.



The role also involves close collaboration with front-end development to ensure design feasibility, adherence to design systems, and implementation of best practices in usability and user experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Visual Design and Mockups to create clear, attractive, and consistent user interfaces.
- Candidates should possess skills in Prototyping and User Experience Design (UED) to build interactive flows and optimize usability.
- Candidates should possess skills in Front-End Development to translate designs into responsive, accessible web interfaces.
- Experience with design tools (such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD) and version control or collaboration tools is beneficial.
- Understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles is preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is an advantage.
