- Payout: $25 - $50/hour Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a UX/UI Designer to work on a contract basis to enhance user interfaces and experiences across digital platforms. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and visually compelling designs. This position requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and modern design tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and iterate on user interfaces for web and mobile applications based on user feedback and usability testing.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts and solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals and technical constraints.
- Conduct user research to gather insights and identify pain points in current user flows.
- Ensure consistency in design patterns and adherence to brand guidelines across all products.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is required.
- Experience with user-centered design processes,
including research, prototyping, and testing.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UX/UI design projects.
- Ability to translate user research into actionable design improvements.
- Familiarity with front-end development basics (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to present design ideas and rationale to stakeholders.
- Experience working in an agile or iterative development environment.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
