We build enterprise software that people actually enjoy using. We need a designer who can balance aesthetics with usability — someone who understands that a well-designed ERP screen is worth more than a pretty landing page. You will own the design system, user flows, and visual identity across our product suite.
Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces for enterprise products — from wireframes to high-fidelity mockups
- Build and maintain a scalable design system with reusable components
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design intent is preserved in implementation
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
- Create user flows, journey maps, and interaction specifications
- Contribute to brand identity and visual language across all touchpoints
Requirements
- Robust portfolio demonstrating UI/UX work for web applications (not just marketing sites)
- Proficiency in Figma — components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems
- Understanding of design principles: hierarchy, spacing, typography, colour theory
- Experience designing for complex data-heavy interfaces (dashboards, forms, tables)
- Ability to conduct basic user research and translate findings into design decisions
- Familiarity with frontend development constraints (responsive design, component-based architecture)
- Minimum 1 year of professional UI/UX design experience
