Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for a self-starter who can independently migrate complex schemas and database objects from Teradata to SQL Server. The ideal candidate should have thorough knowledge of SQL Server utilities like SQLCMD and BCP. They should be experienced in handling complex DMLs that involve multiple sub-queries, inner joins, group by, transaction management, etc. The candidate should also be able to debug performance issues and fine-tune DB objects. In addition to this, the candidate should have Linux experience.
Candidate Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a degree in computer science or a related field. They should have at least 5 years of experience in database migration and management. In addition to this, they should have experience in handling complex DMLs and debugging performance issues. They should have in-depth knowledge of SQL server utilities like sqlcmd and bcp. The candidate should also have Linux experience.
