Role Description The Travel Video Editor role is a full-time remote position responsible for turning raw travel footage and user-generated content into engaging, story-driven videos that showcase Exoticamp’s outdoor experiences. Day-to-day tasks include organizing and editing video clips, selecting music and sound effects, adding titles and graphics, and ensuring brand consistency across digital platforms. The role involves collaborating with the marketing and content teams to align videos with campaign goals, optimizing video formats for social media and web channels, and delivering content to tight deadlines.

Editor will also help conceptualize video ideas, repurpose existing footage for different platforms,



and maintain a content library that supports ongoing marketing and storytelling efforts. Qualifications

Strong video editing skills using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and ability to work with various video formats and resolutions.

Experience with motion graphics and visual storytelling, including basic skills in tools like After Effects or similar for text overlays, transitions, and simple animations.

Sound design and audio editing capabilities, including music selection, syncing, noise reduction, and balancing voice, ambient sound, and effects.

Understanding of social media and digital content best practices, including vertical and horizontal formats, platform-specific optimization, and thumbnail creation.

Ability to interpret briefs, follow brand guidelines, and collaborate effectively with marketing, content, and operations teams in a remote environment.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, maintain an efficient media library, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Demonstrated interest in travel, outdoor experiences, and storytelling; prior experience in travel or lifestyle content is an advantage.

Relevant education in film, media, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience and portfolio showcasing edited travel or experiential videos.
