Key Responsibilities

- Assist in handling customer enquiries for domestic and international holiday packages.

- Prepare holiday itineraries and travel quotations.

- Follow up with prospective customers and support the sales team in converting enquiries into bookings.

- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and destination partners.

- Assist with bookings, documentation, visas, and travel insurance.

- Maintain customer records and update CRM.

- Provide support before, during, and after the customer's travel.
