Role: Travel Consultant Key Responsibilities: Sell domestic and international holiday packages to customers. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel solutions. Create customized travel itineraries, quotations, and travel plans.

Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM. Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective communication and follow-ups. Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and travel partners for smooth booking processes.

Follow up with customers regarding quotations, bookings, and payments. Ensure timely confirmation of hotels, flights, transfers, and sightseeing services. Maintain customer records and update CRM details.

Provide excellent after-sales support and build long-term customer relationships.



Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Eligibility: Graduate in any discipline. 1–5 years of experience in Travel Sales, Holiday Packages, Tour Operations, or Travel Consulting. Freshers with excellent communication skills and interest in travel sales may also apply. Good communication skills in Hindi and English. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations. Robust sales, negotiation, and customer handling skills. Candidates must be based in Jaipur.
