Role & responsibilities:

- Maintain sales and promotion for products of Vietnam

- Handle travel agent queries and provide customized itineraries based on requirements

- Work on quotations and share revised pricing to stay competitive

- Work closely with travel agents and ensure successful booking closures

- Manage operations and back-office tasks efficiently

- Generate sales and drive revenue growth for the company

- Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction

- Collaborate flexibly with colleagues to share workload and responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile:

- Strong destination knowledge of products of Vietnam

- Proficiency in MS Office and basic tools for travel planning.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.

- Quick thinking and a strong presence of mind.

- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
