We are looking for a Travel Executive to join our growing team in Shimla. Whether you're a fresher looking to start your career in the travel industry or someone with prior experience, we welcome candidates who have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.

You will assist customers with travel planning, hotel bookings, transportation, and customized holiday packages while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Assist customers with hotel, cab, and holiday package bookings.
- Prepare customized travel itineraries.
- Coordinate with hotels, drivers, and travel partners.
- Provide destination recommendations and travel assistance.
- Maintain booking records and customer information.




- Resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Support the operations team in ensuring smooth travel arrangements.

Requirements

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
- Robust customer service attitude.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Passion for travel and hospitality.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
